All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%
A room deposit (£20 single night stay / £20 nightly for multi-night stay) is required on confirmation of booking.

Cheques to be received on or by the fourth working day.
Deposits, other than block bookings, are returnable in full provided notice of cancellation is received at least three clear days before.

Room bookings cancelled after 12:00 noon on day prior to arrival, or a non arrival, will be charged the full room tariff for the duration of the stay.
Room rate will apply on certain dates during peak season.
Major credit cards accepted EXCEPT American Express.

Pets are most welcome, at an additional charge of five pounds per pet, conditional of owner accepting full responsibility for the cost of any damage or extra cleaning needed. Maximum of two dogs per room.
