Exploring the Malvern Hills

With eight miles of hills to explore and many more miles of walkable paths covering the hills there are few places that is so accessable and yet so off the beaten track.

Walk out the the hotel door and you can either go northwards along a variety of paths towards the Worcestershire Beacon and Great Malvern and perhaps circling the North Hill and back to the Hotel for a well earned pint, you’ll have walked 5 miles.

If you head south from the hotel you’ll walk across or round the Hereford beacon, depending on how energetic you might feel. Perhaps you will head along the ridges and down into Eastnor Park, maybe visit the castle.

Whichever paths you choose, it’s unlikely you will get lost, you’ll be roaming one of the most beautiful parts of the country. It’s well worth taking a torch and walking to the top of the Hereford Beacon across from the hotel at night, magical.
